Training objective

The TAILORED training is composed of modules and topics chosen by the client. The schedule of training can be adjusted to match the dispatcher operating manual (OM-D). For experienced FOO/FD, training includes only selected topics (RECURRENT training).

Participants of the training obtain

  • Individually focused training needed to perform FOO / FD by the operator.
Based on the specific requirements of the client, the instruction is focused more on the required topics, reducing training length, and the participant is able to understand the specifics of the operator and context with its operations better and in a shorter time. During Reccurent training the participants obtain:
  • An expert skills which are necessary to maintain the validity of FOO/FD qualification based on the legislative requirements imposed on the operator.

More information

The price usually includes training documents and refreshments including lunch (if the course takes place at NAV premises).
